Description
The Assistant Operator supports an operator in running production lines for non-woven textile products such as dishcloths and mops. Responsibilities include monitoring and adjusting the production process, performing quality checks, handling raw materials and finished products with a forklift, maintaining order and cleanliness, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. The role requires technical interest or production experience, accuracy, quality and safety awareness, independence, teamwork, flexibility, organizational skills, and fluent Dutch; forklift experience is a plus. It is a full-time 40-hour position with early and late shifts, vacation and sectoral days, pay and meal vouchers, training, and the possibility of temporary agency work leading to a permanent contract.
