RWS Global is hiring a full-time Assistant Production Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of live entertainment productions across US Merlin Theme Parks. The role assists the Production Manager with production logistics, scheduling, budget tracking, vendor and contractor coordination, cast and crew scheduling, technical production support, on-site installation and strike activities, quality assurance, health and safety compliance, risk tracking, and cross-functional communication. The position requires a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience, at least two years of production coordination experience in theme park entertainment or live events, strong communication and organizational skills, familiarity with project management tools and show-production safety practices, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and international travel.
