Description
The Assistant Production Supervisor will lead, coordinate, and direct all tasks related to operating food manufacturing production lines. This includes verifying raw materials, documenting inventory, managing employee counts, requesting materials for the next shift, attending handover meetings, reporting issues, ensuring line cleanliness and employee safety, maintaining records, monitoring performance against standards, providing training, enforcing company policies, and assisting with facility goals.
