Freshpack is hiring an Assistant Production Supervisor to support the Production Superintendent in overseeing production scheduling, personnel allocation, quality, efficiency, KPI reconciliation, workforce accountability, and continuous improvement. The role is primarily floor-based, with 80% plant presence and 20% office work, and includes troubleshooting, product-launch coordination, safety auditing, and team guidance. The position requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, basic computer and inventory-management skills, operational and machinery knowledge, leadership ability, and willingness to train team members.
