Ebro Ingredients is hiring an Assistant Production Team Leader to work as a Process Operator while supporting the shift and to assume the Team Leader’s responsibilities when absent. The role covers production and extraction process control, quality checks, HACCP and safety compliance, shift coordination, task allocation, production data follow-up, and serving as the shift’s point of contact. Candidates need relevant process-operator or industrial-production experience, technical insight, safety and quality awareness, decision-making and organizational skills, a forklift certificate or extensive driving experience, Dutch proficiency, and willingness to work a three-shift system. The position offers an hourly wage with shift premium and fringe benefits, on-the-job training, and modern production facilities.
