Palomar College is hiring two Assistant Professor/Counselor positions: one Generalist Counselor for the Counseling Department and one Early College Credit Counselor for the Office of Early College Credit. The roles provide academic, personal, and career counseling; develop educational plans; teach counseling classes; administer assessments; conduct workshops; and support student access, retention, persistence, and graduation. The positions are full-time, 11 months per year, tenure-track, with counseling assignments at the San Marcos campus, off-campus locations, and online. Starting salary is $84,712.56–$134,411.78 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
