The University of Hawai‘i Manoa School of Nursing and Dental Hygiene is hiring an Assistant Professor (Director of Translational Health Sciences Simulation) to lead the Translational Health Sciences Simulation Center. The full-time, 11-month tenure-track position begins approximately in Fall 2026 and involves managing the center’s operations, finances, staff, simulation education, curriculum development, quality improvement, research, grants, accreditation compliance, and community outreach. Applicants must hold a DNP or PhD with appropriate clinical board certification, an unrestricted Hawaii RN license, relevant clinical board certification or CSHE qualification, and at least two years of full-time healthcare simulation program management experience.
