The University of Nevada, Las Vegas is hiring a 12-month Assistant Professor-in-Residence and Basic Course Director for Communication Studies. The role oversees and coordinates the Public Speaking course, teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in hybrid and online formats, supervises and evaluates course instructors, and assesses and updates the course. Candidates need a Ph.D. in Communication or a related field and 1–3 years of experience; expertise in instructional communication, assessment, learning, workforce development, and experiential learning is preferred.
