Description
The Assistant Program Coordinator supports individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in adult residential homes in Easthampton, Westfield, and Wilbraham, Massachusetts. The role partners with the Program Coordinator, provides direct care and daily-site support, coordinates meals, shopping, recreation, and household organization, supports MAP procedures and safety protocols, communicates with program and nursing teams, and takes on-call responsibility to cover the home when the Program Coordinator is on leave. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and at least one year of licensed driving experience; prior developmental-disability support and crisis-intervention experience is preferred. Compensation is $22 per hour, with $23 per hour for MAP certification, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, education, and other benefits.
