The Assistant Program Coordinator Trainee is a temporary, full-time, on-site trainee role at Sacramento State’s Women’s Resource Center. Working under the Parents & Families Program Coordinator and close supervision of the Director, the position supports student academic success, leadership, professional development, retention, and enrichment through programming, events, written materials, and campus committees. The trainee also mentors and advises students and supports interns and student assistants. No prior experience is required, but applicants need a four-year college or university education in a behavioral science, public or business administration, or job-related field, or equivalent specialized experience. The position pays $4,150 per month and is open until filled.
