Description
The Assistant Program Director oversees the operations and quality of care for a Promesa Community Residence or Apartment Treatment Program under the supervision of a Program Administrator. The role supervises residence staff, supports admissions, discharges, census management, referrals, documentation, incident reporting, quality assurance, and program evaluation, while coordinating resident care and supporting measurable outcomes. Applicants need a master’s degree in a human service field, a bachelor’s degree in a human service field, at least three years of social services experience, and some supervisory experience; an LMSW or LMHC credential is preferred. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and flexible evening and weekend availability.
