Description
The Assistant Program Director supports the Program Director in managing daily youth program operations, supervising staff, monitoring compliance, and maintaining safe, high-quality service. The role also serves as the site's Inclusion Coordinator, developing individualized accommodation and behavioral support plans, coordinating specialized services for youth with disabilities and English Language Learners, and collaborating with schools, families, community providers, and behavioral health partners. The position requires an associate's degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of youth experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems.
