COMHAR is hiring an Assistant Program Director for its Long Term Structured Residences in Walnutport, Pennsylvania. The role provides clinical and administrative oversight of residents and staff, develops policies and procedures, oversees admissions and transfers, maintains safety and regulatory compliance, coordinates with external agencies, and leads required staff training. The position requires a master’s degree in a clinical discipline, two years of relevant mental health experience, and two years of supervisory experience, preferably in a residential setting. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with weekend on-call requirements, and the salary is $60,000.
