Flatbush Development Corporation is hiring an Assistant Director to provide site-based leadership for an afterschool youth program in Brooklyn. Reporting to the Program Director, the role supports positive youth development, program compliance, enrollment, data and records, staff supervision, family engagement, safety, and special events. The position is scheduled 35 hours Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and pays $24.00–$27.00. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of youth-program experience, and two years of supervisory experience administering youth programs; an associate’s degree in education or a related field is preferred.
