Description
The Assistant Program Director provides direct supervision and oversight of Foster Family Services program staff, manages center operations, supports recruitment and home-study functions, coordinates with law enforcement, conducts sexual-abuse and harassment compliance activities, and assists with child intake and placement. The role requires at least one year of prevention or crisis-intervention experience, three years of child-welfare or compliance experience, five years of progressive social-services or childcare experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
