Services for the Underserved (S:US) is seeking a full-time Assistant Program Director (APD) to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in OPWDD-certified settings throughout New York City. The APD will ensure individuals have the necessary supports and resources to live meaningful lives, aligning with their needs and aspirations within their homes and communities. Responsibilities include promoting independence, managing healthcare and wellness, coordinating recreational activities, supervising staff, ensuring health and safety, and complying with regulatory agencies. The position requires an Associate’s Degree or five years’ experience in ID/DD or related supervisory/management experience.
