Lantern Community Services is hiring a full-time Assistant Program Director for Hunterfly Trace in Brooklyn, New York. The role provides clinical supervision, coaching, and professional development to case management staff; reviews case documentation and treatment plans; supports crisis response and incident reporting; develops site policies and programming; collaborates with property management, compliance, quality assurance, and community partners; and manages hiring, training, and disciplinary processes. The position reports to the Vice President, includes daytime scheduling with shared on-call responsibilities, and requires an MSW or MHC, one year of supervisory social services experience, and experience with OMH, DOHMH, or HASA contracts.
