Gándara is hiring an Assistant Program Director in Hyannis, Massachusetts to support the program director in operating an active recovery support center focused on substance-use recovery. The role manages peer supports and activities, supervises staff and volunteers, oversees budgets and program files, supports data collection and reporting, manages outreach and referrals, and represents the center at community meetings. Candidates must have at least five years of solid recovery experience, strong substance-use and recovery-community knowledge, bilingual Spanish-English ability, a driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
