Jericho Project is hiring an Assistant Program Director in Manhattan to supervise, coach, and train case management staff while overseeing client engagement, housing stability, crisis intervention, documentation, referrals, and program outcomes. The role collaborates with housing, benefits, and veteran-service teams; participates in intake, clinical supervision, training, and community initiatives; and supports staff retention and compliance. A bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field with three years of human service delivery experience is required, along with experience in homelessness, substance abuse, mental health, or trauma settings; a master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred. The position pays $67,000 to $70,000 annually and requires local or national travel.
