Agape of Appleton is hiring an Assistant Program Manager to support individuals with daily living activities, assist with case management and program implementation, and help develop individual support plans for residents. The role requires a valid driver's license, at least 18 years of age, 2–3 years of direct care experience, leadership experience, adaptability, and the ability to assist residents with mental and physical disabilities. The position pays $18.55–$20.60 per hour, is overtime eligible, and offers health, dental, vision, retirement, paid training, and other benefits.
