CRJ is hiring a full-time Assistant Program Manager in Worcester, Massachusetts, working second shifts for 40 hours per week. The role supervises and transports clients, supports and teaches clients new skills, models positive behavior, and administers medications while completing documentation. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, the ability to pass required certifications, a criminal and driver’s check, and a desire to make a difference in others’ lives. The position offers benefits and starts at $20 per hour.
