CRJ is hiring a full-time Assistant Program Manager in Leominster, Massachusetts, working second shifts for 40 hours per week. The role supervises and transports clients, supports and teaches skills, models positive behavior, and administers medications and documentation. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, the ability to pass required certifications and criminal and driver’s checks, and a desire to make a difference in others’ lives.
