Life’s WORC is hiring a Residential Support Worker for a 40-hour Sunday–Thursday 1 p.m.–9 p.m. shift, with flexibility as needed. The role provides protective oversight and assistance with activities of daily living to people with developmental disabilities, supports staff scheduling and training, participates in meetings and surveys, and drives agency vehicles. A high school diploma or equivalent, one year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a road test are required; supervisory experience is preferred. The position pays $23.50 per hour and includes health, dental, vision, paid training, PTO, retirement matching, loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.
