McAlister Institute is hiring an Assistant Manager to support an adult outpatient substance use disorder treatment program. The role combines direct client care, including assessments, treatment planning, counseling, crisis intervention, and discharge planning, with program oversight, staff supervision, scheduling, documentation, compliance, and administrative support. The position is on-site in San Diego, requires a CADC and at least two years of behavioral health or related experience, and offers $30.50–$40.00 per hour.
