Description
The Assistant Program Manager reports to the REACH Program Manager and oversees the safety, conduct, and clinical support of house residents. Responsibilities include on-site supervision, crisis intervention and counseling, recreational and therapeutic activity planning, staff training and coaching, house inspections, recordkeeping, emergency procedures, office coverage, and support during staff shortages. The role requires a degree in social services or a related field, 3–5 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED in human services, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to obtain or pass required DC clearances.
