Description
The Assistant Program Manager - BASE supervises and guides children in a before- and after-school program, directs staff, supports program operations and compliance, develops community relations, and promotes children’s social and emotional development. The role is a split-shift position during school contact days Monday through Friday, with mandatory meetings and an opportunity for straight shifts during school breaks. It requires relevant education or experience in early childhood or child supervision, plus required safety, child-abuse-prevention, and ongoing training. The position is based at Renaissance Expeditionary Magnet School, offers 20 scheduled hours per week at 0.50 FTE, and pays $20.25 to $26.27 per hour before FTE proration.
