Description
The Assistant Program Manager - BASE supervises and guides children in a before- and after-school program, directs staff, supports program operations and compliance, develops community relations, and promotes children’s social and emotional development. The role is a split-shift position during school contact days Monday through Friday, with mandatory meetings and an opportunity for straight shifts during school breaks. It requires a relevant degree or specified education and experience, plus required child-care, safety, abuse-prevention, and First Aid and CPR training. The position is based at Redstone Elementary, offers 30 scheduled hours per week at 0.75 FTE, and pays $20.25 to $26.27 per hour, with health, vision, dental, retirement, and other benefits.
