Shalom House is hiring an Assistant Program Manager to support adults with severe mental illness in a residential program. The role combines direct clinical support, treatment planning, crisis intervention, medication administration, care coordination, documentation, resident advocacy, and leadership of direct-care staff. It requires relevant residential mental health experience, MHRT-I certification, and a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field is preferred. The position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening or weekend flexibility, and pays $29.35 per hour.
