sKids is hiring an Assistant Programme Manager for its Riverhead site to support the day-to-day operation of children’s after-school and before-school programmes. The role works a minimum of 10 hours per week across Monday to Friday, with morning and afternoon shifts, and may include school holiday programmes. Responsibilities include supporting the Programme Manager, leading sessions as second-in-command, supervising large groups of children, delivering structured activities, managing challenging behaviour, supporting Programme Assistants, communicating with parents and school staff, and preparing resources. Applicants must have the right to work in New Zealand, reliable transport, group-child experience, leadership and behaviour-management skills, and be over 20 years old.
