Align is hiring an Assistant Project Controller to support the Controller in overseeing financial management and accounting operations for data center white-space fit-out projects. The role covers financial close, GAAP compliance, audits, construction project accounting, job costing, WIP reporting, subcontractor billing, retainage, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, Procore and Sage Intacct administration, and supervision of accounting personnel. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, 5–8+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience, at least 3 years of construction project accounting experience, and advanced Procore and Sage Intacct or Sage Construction Management experience. The position offers a full-time salary of $125,000–$150,000, benefits, project bonuses, paid travel, and advanced training.
