The role supports the Customer Service team by maintaining customer records, entering sampling plans and orders, configuring accounts, archiving documents, managing the telephone switchboard, following up on sampling requests, and preparing and ordering bottles. The position requires organization, computer proficiency, and initial administrative experience, and is offered on a permanent contract (CDI) with compensation based on profile and experience.
