Description
Spin Master is hiring an Engineering Manager to support its business growth plan in Vietnam. The role manages product development projects, coordinates internal stakeholders and suppliers, reviews designs and costs, initiates engineering changes, and provides on-site technical and manufacturing support. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, production and capacity issues, material authorization, and sourcing or cost negotiation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electronics, electrical, or a related engineering discipline, at least three years of experience, strong project management and problem-solving skills, and English proficiency; Chinese is an advantage.
