BAE Systems is hiring an onsite full-time Assistant Project Manager at Portsmouth Naval Base to support the Type 45 Class ship repair programme. The role coordinates project and work-package delivery, including planning, scheduling, reporting, performance monitoring, stakeholder management, risk management, project lifecycle oversight, data analysis, and use of predictive or agile project methods. It requires substantial project-management knowledge and experience, a degree or equivalent practical knowledge, and a recognised project-management qualification such as APM PMQ.
