Description
The Assistant Project Manager supports the execution of refrigeration and mechanical construction projects from turnover through closeout. The role assists Project Managers with scheduling, procurement, submittals, RFIs, document control, budget tracking, forecasting, billing, cost management, change orders, risk identification, customer communication, field support, safety documentation, and project-file organization. The position is intended to develop future Project Managers and requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1–5 years of construction, refrigeration, HVAC, piping, or mechanical industry experience; benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, retirement, paid time off, and other insurance and development benefits.
