Ca Balfour Beatty Construction is hiring an Assistant Project Manager for its Orange County office to support the Project Manager with administrative and technical work on construction special projects. The role covers contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financials, scheduling, project administration, close-out, customer relations, and project leadership. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least five years of construction office or field commercial experience in a Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, or Assistant Project Manager role, at least one year of direct supervisory experience, and experience with project management software, cost projection, financial analysis, JD Edwards or similar applications, and change-order drafting or negotiation. The base compensation range is $105,000 to $125,000 annually.
