Description

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) assists the Senior Project Manager and/or Project Manager by overseeing the Project Engineer, focusing on document control, subcontractor coordination, design team communication, project reporting, and overall representation of Consigli throughout the project lifecycle. The APM serves as a main point of contact for owners, OP Ms, and design teams, coordinates weekly meetings with subcontractors and design teams, supports cost and change management, assists in developing estimates and bid proposals, mentors team members, maintains subcontractor relationships, monitors executed subcontracts, coordinates with the Project Scheduler, resolves critical issues, manages the closeout process, handles financial closeout, uploads punch lists, assists with coordinating work completion, conducts field walks and reviews field reports, and performs safety walks.
