The role supervises custodial staff, trains and mentors employees, assigns schedules, monitors attendance, participates in cleaning and safety inspections, manages supplies and equipment, and responds to emergency cleaning situations. Candidates need 2–3 years of supervisory or team-lead experience, 3–4 years of commercial janitorial or facilities maintenance experience, knowledge of cleaning and OSHA safety procedures, a valid driver’s license, RealID, and the ability to obtain government base access.
