Daniel O’Connell’s Sons is hiring an Assistant Project Manager for a field-based construction project role working under the Project Manager. Responsibilities include coordinating clients, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors; managing change orders, cost reports, submittals, schedules, deliveries, and documentation; supporting financial and project reporting; and assisting with safety and commissioning activities. The position requires extensive construction knowledge, a four-year engineering degree or equivalent technical training and experience, 3–5 years of similar facility construction project management experience, supervisory experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Sage, and Primavera. OSHA 30, LEED, Lean, and CPR/First Aid training are listed as plus qualifications.
