Description
The role manages construction projects by tracking costs, supervising site engineers and coordinators, negotiating contracts and purchase orders, managing client changes and progress payments, and planning work on a weekly and monthly basis. It requires a bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering, five years of relevant construction project-management experience, and proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and/or Primavera P6.
