The role requires blueprint and National Electric Code knowledge, OSHA familiarity, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and analytical skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and relevant estimating, construction management, or field experience. It involves office and field work, local travel, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
