Laland Baptiste, LLC is hiring an onsite Assistant Project Manager for the Razran Hall Phase 3 Lab Renovation at CUNY Queens College, supported by DASNY. The role provides administrative and operational support to the Project Manager and Site Superintendent, including project documentation, reporting, financial administration, contract and plan review, meeting coordination, field support, and closeout compliance. The position requires 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural, engineering, or construction management, with public-sector experience preferred, and pays $60–65 per hour with a tentative start in September 2026.
