The role supports an emergency sewer-pipe replacement project from preconstruction through completion, including field monitoring, schedule and milestone tracking, contractor and stakeholder coordination, documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawings, meetings, reporting, issue escalation, and closeout. The position requires construction management, engineering, architecture, or related experience, with public-sector or institutional construction experience preferred, and pays $45.00-$60.00 per hour.
