Description
The Assistant Project Manager will support project managers in planning, executing, and controlling tenant improvement, renovation, and new development engagements in the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia (DMV) region. Responsibilities include maintaining project financial trackers, schedules, budgets, meeting records, project documentation, invoices, bids, contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, inspections, punch lists, and closeout materials; coordinating owners, designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, lenders, and other stakeholders; and overseeing smaller projects or portions of larger projects. The position is based in Laurel, Maryland, requires local travel in the employee’s own vehicle and some national travel, and offers a base salary starting at $70,000 annually plus potential bonuses and benefits.
