The Assistant Project Manager will manage and execute high-value heavy-highway and heavy-civil construction projects, coordinating planning and execution, team supervision, financial management, compliance, reporting, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. The role requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, at least five years of heavy-highway or heavy-civil construction experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Oracle P6, Power BI, AutoCAD or Bentley MicroStation, and Viewpoint Vista ERP.
