Description
The Assistant Project Manager collaborates with the Project Manager throughout the construction project lifecycle, including tender management, contract negotiations, schedule preparation, technical follow-up, payment applications, shop drawings, BIM clash detection, site meetings, change management, deficiency resolution, and closeout documentation. The role requires a bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering or a DEC in architectural technology or civil engineering, 2–5 years of similar experience, French and English communication skills, and MS Project and Microsoft Office proficiency.
