Description
The Junior Construction Professional supports the planning, management, and execution of assigned construction projects through coordination with project partners and stakeholders, participation in pre-construction and project review activities, issue resolution, subcontractor management, budget and schedule support, quality and safety oversight, and field inspections. The role requires 0–3 years of construction project management or related experience, a bachelor’s or associate’s degree or commensurate experience, basic construction knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and emotional intelligence. The position works intermittently in an office and on construction sites, travels to multiple project locations, and may be exposed to noise and dust.
