Description
The Assistant Project Manager supports the planning, management, and execution of assigned construction projects by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, participating in pre-construction and project review activities, managing budgets and change orders, supporting schedule development, resolving issues, maintaining quality and safety standards, and assisting with subcontractor and field superintendent activities. The role requires 0–3 years of construction project management or related experience, a bachelor’s or associate’s degree or commensurate experience, basic construction knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and emotional intelligence. The position works intermittently in an office and on construction sites, travels to multiple project locations, and may be exposed to noise and dust. Compensation is $65,000–$75,000 plus medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
