Description
The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager and Project Superintendent in leading multifamily and commercial construction projects. Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, bidding and contracting with subcontractors, preparing cost estimates and proposals, managing project documentation and change orders, coordinating with consultants and developers, reviewing costs and plans, and supporting value engineering. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field and three to eight years of experience in multifamily or commercial construction operations, including project management, scheduling, estimating, and subcontractor relationship development.
