The role supports the Project Manager with preconstruction coordination, scheduling, budgeting, change orders, submittals, procurement, financial projections, subcontractor coordination, safety and quality control, and project closeout. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, four years of data center project experience, and experience with project management software, cost projection, financial analysis, and JD Edwards or similar construction applications.
