Description
The Assistant Project Manager – Scheduling supports project teams on utility-scale solar, BESS, and electrical construction projects by maintaining project schedules, tracking milestones and critical-path activities, identifying delays, coordinating schedule updates with engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractors, and field teams, preparing schedule and project-status reports, and supporting change management and project controls. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, and familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or comparable scheduling software.
